    The team at Revival received a referral to support customer Chen who was returning home from hospital after a fall. He was being discharged with a hospital bed so needed our help moving furniture. Support Worker Sharon stepped in to help Chen return home from hospital.

    Our Home Support Service helps local people like customer Ivy feel their best at home. We recently received a referral from adult social care to support Ivy who was struggling with a cancer diagnosis. Support Worker Sharon stepped in and helped put a plan in place to allow Ivy to live independently at home.

    New service launches to support vulnerable adults or carers with COVID-19

    We’ve launched a new COVID-19 check-in service. Launched on 1 October 2021 and running until 31 March 2022 the service will support vulnerable adults and carers who have COVID-19 in the Staffordshire Moorlands, Loggerheads, Madeley, Blythe Bridge and Eccleshall areas.
