Housing Support Service

Preventing anti-social behaviour in North Staffordshire by supporting people with mental health needs and avoiding evictions.

How we can help

Supporting you to stay living in your home for the long term
Incidents of anti-social behaviour often stem from unresolved support needs. If your mental health is affecting your ability to manage your home and is causing neighbourhood issues, we are here for you. We want to work with residents in North Staffordshire. We won’t judge and instead, our trusted team of support workers will work with you to resolve issues and prevent evictions, helping you to live in your home for the long term.

Supporting landlords, housing providers, local authorities and locality connectors to reduce ASB in neighbourhoods
As part of this service we work with local housing providers and landlords to reduce anti-social behaviour and improve neighbourhoods. If you have a tenant with mental health support needs, that you think is attributing to them being unable to manage their home or is likely to be the root cause of anti-social behaviour issues, we can provide support to prevent evictions.
