Customer Robin was referred to Revival after a stay in hospital. He was due to be discharged but was currently homeless with nowhere to stay and no access to any food.
Baron Davenport’s Charity funding helps customer Paula feel her best at home again
Paula was referred to Revival after being admitted to the Royal Stoke Hospital due to anxiety and alcohol abuse. After treatment she was ready to be discharged from hospital but her financial situation meant she had no access to food or essentials meaning she couldn’t go home.
Funding will stop vulnerable people having to choose between heating and eating
Revival have been awarded funding to support vulnerable people leaving hospital in Stoke-on-Trent. The £800 funding provided by Stoke-on-Trent City Council will provide essential supplies to make sure people are warm in their homes during winter and the start of spring.
Hilary can now live independently at home thanks to advice from Revival’s Home Support Service
Customer Hilary was referred to Revival as part of our Home Support Service in Stafford South. She needed help getting her food shopping after returning home from hospital and recovering from a broken hip.

78-year-old Jason was living in the Erewash area. He was referred to our Derbyshire Independent Living Service after struggling to manage his finances with nearly £90,000 worth of debt and was grieving the loss of his wife.

Customer Carl was referred to Revival after he was admitted to hospital with pancreatitis. He wasn’t coping with his mental health and was struggling to manage his finances. Our Home Support Service stepped in to help Carl return from hospital and live independently at home.
