    We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join Revival helping to support services and make sure they run smoothly by answering calls, replying to emails, setting up cases and booking appointments for colleagues.

    Job requirements

    • Answering calls and dealing with all enquiries.
    • Managing the general enquiries email inbox making sure to reply in a timely manner.
    • Raising cases on our case manager system.
    • Responsible for adding cases, adding costs and interventions when necessary.
    • Being the first point of contact for our referrers.
    • Support colleagues when needed with a one team approach.
    • Sending out customer satisfaction questionnaires.
    • Managing incoming and outgoing daily post.

    What we’re looking for

    • General admin experience.
    • Experience of using ICT systems as part of your day-to-day work.
    • Great ICT skills and can uses case management systems.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Someone who can manage their own time and workload effectively with the ability to multitask.
    • Someone who is confident and resilient and able to think on their feet to problem solve.
    • Someone who can use their own initiative and work independently.
    • Someone who is genuine, honest and empathetic with the life experience that allows them to show compassion to provide the very best support.

    We’re looking for multiple multi-skilled Handyperson’s to join our Revival Repairs Team on a permanent basis. There are a mix of full time and part time hour roles available. You’ll be working directly for the customer attending repairs, home improvements and maintenance to bring their home back in line with their needs.

    Job requirements

    Deliver our Handyperson Service in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire by:

    • Fitting grab rails and stair rails.
    • Moving and handling furniture.
    • Completing simple plumbing work like replacing taps and resealing baths and sinks.
    • Completing simple joinery work like building flat pack furniture, boxing-in pipework, putting up curtain rails and shelving, fitting gates and fencing.
    • Jet washing driveways patios and decking.
    • Installing safety equipment like CCTV and key safes.
    • External painting including garage doors, gates, railing and fencing.
    • Completing caretaking tasks at properties such as emptying bin chutes, water testing and changing light bulbs.
    • Help customers feel safe and secure when completing jobs in their home.

    What we’re looking for

    • A qualification relevant to the role (desirable not essential).
    • Experience of working in a similar role and experience of working with older, disabled or vulnerable people.
    • Great understanding and experience of delivering great customer service.
    • Someone who is knowledgeable in property maintenance with practical skills like minor repairs, plumbing and joinery.
    • Someone who can use power tools safely.
    • Experience and knowledge of manual handling.
    • Someone who is proud of their work and can use their initiative to work independently.
    • Someone who is confident and resilient, able to think on their feet to problem solve.
    • Someone who is genuine, honest and empathetic to help put customers at ease when working in their homes.
    • Someone with a full UK driving licence
    • Enhanced DBS check

You’ll put things in place to make sure they stay safe and well in their own homes. You’ll be working closely with ward staff from County Hospital, Stafford, University Hospitals of Derby and Burton and other hospitals in the area.

    Job requirements

    • Help customers get home from hospital safely.
    • Put things in place so they can be discharged from hospital like key safes, food parcels and arrange cleaning services.
    • Carry out a holistic assessment with the customer and create an action plan to keep them safe and well in their home.
    • Complete or arrange wellbeing calls for up to seven days to help them settle in at home.

    What we’re looking for

    • Someone with experience of supporting customers in their own homes.
    • Knowledge of the services available to older people in Staffordshire.
    • A genuine, honest, sympathetic person that will show compassion to provide the very best support.
    • Good ICT skills to update our digital case manager system.
    • Someone who is confident and resilient with the ability to think quickly on their feet to solve problems.
    • A flexible and adaptable approach.
    • Great communications skills to get the best from customers and allow them to feel safe in their own home.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • Great time management with the ability to plan your time effectively.
    • Able to work weekends during busy periods.
    • Able to drive with access to a vehicle for business use.
    • An enhanced DBS.
