How we're keeping our customers safe

COVID-19

Following the relaxation of government restrictions in 2021, we’ve gradually changed the way we work to make sure we can provide consistent services.

Staff are working flexibly (both at the office and from home) and as we introduce further changes we will keep you informed.

Office information

Our head office at 308 London Road will now be open to customers for essential visits only during 9am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. Customers visiting should use the front car park.

For any other non-essential enquiries our customer services team are still on hand to help you. You can contact them by phone, email, on our website during Monday-Friday 8.30-5.30pm.

Reducing the risk of COVID-19

To reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, we are asking our staff to wear face masks when visiting customers, and to complete a lateral flow test twice a week.

When to self-isolate

Repairs

All repairs are now taking place and our contractors – Ian Williams LTD - and staff will be taking the following measures to keep you safe at home:

  • Wear face masks
  • Complete lateral flow tests twice a week
  • Isolate at home if they show any symptoms of COVID-19
