Updated Tuesday 5 January 2021

Following Government and Public Health England advice for Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are currently operating the majority of our services as normal.

Keeping our customers and staff safe and well is our top priority. Should any more of our services be affected we will let you know as soon as possible.

For the safety and wellbeing of our customers and to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus we are:

  • Refocusing our volunteers to provide telephone support for our most vulnerable customers. If you are directly affected by this please contact the Revival team on 0333 014 3389 or email for further advice.
  • Our other services remain the same for the time being (including our repair team, home from hospital services and advice line)

If we need to visit your home

If we do need visit your home we will ask you the following questions before we visit you:

  • Have you been advised to self-isolate?
  • Do you have any of the symptoms relating to the Coronavirus, such as:
    • A high temperature – you feel hot to the touch on your chest or back?
    • A new, continuous cough – this means you’ve started coughing repeatedly.

If you answer yes to any of these questions we will make arrangements on a case by case basis to ensure that you receive the help, support and service you need.
